Are You Pregnant

“But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law Gal 4:4.(NKJV).

There came the fullness of time when God wanted to redeem the world. And it came to pass, God sent forth His dear son to save us from our sins. This He did by dying on the cross & He rose up by the power of God after 3days. Glory to God!

But then, something interesting happened. Jesus was born of a woman; and that birth is a great fulfilment of the scripture in Gen. 3:15, the seed of the woman bruised the serpent’s head; Jesus Christ blotted out the
handwritings of the devil against us, He took them out of the way, He nailed them to the cross, he spoilt principalities and powers, He triumphed over them. Hallelujah! (Col. 2:14-15). Yes, indeed, He bruised the head of the serpent.

Now, the question; are you pregnant? Have you conceived that seed by the Holy Spirit (Mat.1:20) that will bruise the serpent’s head? Let me help you out. Everyone is pregnant of something either godly or ungodly. However, it’s only a godly seed that can defeat the devil. Once you have been redeemed by the Lord Jesus Christ & have surrendered your life to Him, then you possess that godly seed. (1John 3:9). It is very important to know the kind of seed you have in you. Mary as an example knew the seed she was pregnant of.(Luke 1:28-33). If you are pregnant of gossip & jealousy, you will produce gossip & jealously. I chose gossip & jealousy because it is a common thing among women & God detests this. Then, another question arises; what are you pregnant of? Self-examination is required. This is the time to make every crooked way straightened. May be you noticed that you are actually pregnant of ungodly seed, not to worry, the way out is simple; turn to God, He will purge you of those seeds. This is the foundation; it determines the end.

Being pregnant is not a joke. A pregnant woman is always careful. She watches what she eats & drinks, she doesn’t do hard chores, she goes on flat shoes etc. This she does because she is aware of the baby she is carrying in her womb and since she knows that anything she does simultaneously affects the baby.

Same thing applies to every woman who wants to fulfil God’s purpose & mandate for her life. You need to guide your seed jealously knowing fully well that the enemy is ready to kill & destroy it, he is like a roaring lion looking for whom to devour. He knows the power in that seed you are carrying; he knows he is finished if you successfully give birth, he knows his time is short. Remember the parable in Mat. 13:24-30; while men slept the enemy came to sow tares among the wheat. O ye woman! You have slept for too long, awake! Wake up from your slumber. You are to stand, watch, pray, intercede; your adversary the devil is not sleeping. Do you know it has always been a battle from the beginning; remember Eve at the garden? Also a battle in the end, “the dragon was wroth with the woman and went to make war with the remnant of her seed”. ( Rev.12:17). But thank God because his plans will be frustrated. Thus stand! Know your right in Christ. You have got the power, Christ dwells in you. The whole creation awaits you. God got your back. Arise with triumph! Arise with victory! Indeed, you are pregnant; you have that seed in you. And when the fullness of time comes (which is now), you will give birth to that seed. That seed will bruise the serpent’s head; that seed that will destroy the devil, that seed that will bring glory to God,

 REJOICE!
